SUP Yoga - Individual & Group Class
Due to strict COVID-19 safety guidelines, I am conducting classes by reservation only at this time.
Please contact me directly and we can set up a personal or small group session that works for you.
This is an all level class. No SUP or Yoga experience is required, but you should feel comfortable in open water and must be able to swim and tread water. We strive to provide the the best SUP Yoga experience and provide the best SUP Yoga specific equipment available. All classes begin on shore to introduce the fundamentals of SUP-Yoga and SUP safety, Once on the water we'll paddle to a beautiful cove, anchor the boards & start the yoga flow.
CLASS COST -
$40 per person
Relax - We'll provide all the equipment (Yoga specific-paddle board, paddle, PFD - life vest, safety equipment)

To ensure safe COVID practices, participants must register no less than 1 day in advance for a class. Late registrants must contact me directly to see if space / equipment is available.
Classes are can be held at various locations including Lake Natoma, Sugar Pine Reservoir and Scott's Flat Reservoir
Class is approximately 90 minutes to allow for pre-class safety instruction & SUP-Yoga session

What should you wear?
Comfortable Yoga clothing appropriate for the outside temperature.
Clothing should be moisture-wicking (cotton is not advised)
Water shoes are strongly recommended
What should you bring?
Towel, water bottle, sunscreen, $10 cash for self-pay parking fee, a fun attitude!!
