SUP Yoga - Individual & Group Class

Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines, I am conducting classes by reservation only at this time.

This is an all level class. No SUP or Yoga experience is required, but you should feel comfortable in open water and must be able to swim and tread water.  I strive to share the the best SUP Yoga experience possible and provide the best SUP Yoga specific equipment available.  All classes begin on shore to introduce the fundamentals of SUP-Yoga and SUP safety,  Once on the water we'll paddle to a calm, beautiful location where we connect with the environment and begin the yoga flow.

    • Relax - I'll provide all the equipment  (Yoga specific-paddle board, paddle, PFD - life vest, safety equipment)

    • Contact me and we can discuss a discount if you bring and use all of your own equipment.

  • I am available to provide SUP-Yoga sessions at several area water ways including Lake Natoma -Folsom, CA,  Sugar Pine Reservoir - Foresthill, CA  and Scott's Flat Reservoir - Nevada City, CA​​​

  • SUP-Yoga sessions are approximately 90 minutes to allow for pre-class safety instruction & SUP-Yoga session

What should you wear?

  • Comfortable Yoga clothing appropriate for the outside temperature or any comfortable swim wear

  • Yoga clothing should be moisture-wicking  (cotton is not advised)

  • Water shoes are  recommended

What should you bring?

  • Personal towel, water bottle, sunscreen,  a fun attitude​!!
