PADDLE SPLASH WATER FESTIVAL JULY 22-25, 2021
Paddle Splash is a four day water festival on beautiful Lake Natoma for paddlers of all levels. SUP, kayak, surf ski, prone...ALL PADDLERS welcome! There will be SUP skills clinics led by Starboard SUP Champion Fiona Wylde! Kids Race, Two, Five and Eight Mile race. Demo boards and SUP yoga! Spectators can enjoy the action on the sandy beach. A fun weekend on the water for the entire family. We will close out the festival with a beach clean up! REGISTER HERE
A Full Circle Story
My Experience of Balance and Return
After taking my very first SUP Yoga class in the summer of 2018 I knew this was my passion and something I wanted to share with everyone. I could not believe the joy I felt experiencing Yoga on the water. On that day, and on that river a SUP-Yogi was born. I dedicated the next year to completing my yoga teacher training and receiving my 200 RYT certificate, obtaining my SUP Yoga instructor certificate and completing water safety & rescue training. In 2019 I founded Full Circle Yoga & SUP here in beautiful Northern California. In the summer of 2019 I returned to the very SUP Yoga class I first took, but this time as the instructor completing my full-circle. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and being free of judgement -these feelings inform and guide my core teachings and practices. Through Full Circle Yoga & SUP I focus on helping student-yogis connect with themselves and their surroundings. My primary goal is to ensure all my yoga students feel completely supported in every aspect that is Yoga - Body, Mind & Soul. To accomplish this I provide attentive, connected, highly supportive classes held on the water and land for all skill levels. I believe yoga is for anybody and every "body".
2021 Season Class Availability Update
This year I have partnered with some of our area's most outstanding Woman owned and run businesses to support growth and empowerment through collaborative events, wellness retreats and SUP-Yoga sessions. SUP-Yoga takes your yoga practice outside and on the water! My SUP-Yoga classes coordinate breath with physical movement and helps to improve balance, core strength and mental focus while providing the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, nature and the beautiful waterways of Northern CA.
